Companies in the services sector include, for example, the economic sectors of transport and traffic, energy supply, information and communication, professional and technical services as well as other economic services. Study contents
In your studies, you will learn in the four modules Branchen BWL I to IV, each with eight semester hours per semester, to recognise the business and economic significance of services, to make process decisions in the context of procurement, to transfer the theoretical principles of marketing instruments to services and to use and evaluate models for measuring service quality and customer value. Credit Points
Generally, you conclude Modules Service Management I to III with a written exam, and Module Service Management IV with a semester project. For each successfully passed exam, you will receive five credit points.
